摘要
木兰溪下游河道从福建省莆田市的南北洋平原穿越而过。莆田市充分利用这一优势,制定木兰溪两岸规划方案,拟投资4亿元建设木兰溪下游拦河闸——宁海闸工程。分析了宁海闸建设的必要性:宁海闸的建设有利于改善木兰溪生态景观,提升两岸宜居舒适性;有利于改善南北洋水生态环境,并对宁海闸在挡潮、蓄淡2方面功能的利弊进行分析。经过分析,将宁海闸功能定位为"以景观为主,适当兼顾挡潮和蓄积淡水",以便为木兰溪流域综合规划提供参考。
The downstream of Mulan River passes through the North and South ocean plain of Putian. The Putian City makes use of Mulan River and plans to build the Ninghai Sluice Project of Mulan River downstream. The construction of Ninghai Sluice Project is conducive to improve the Mulan River's ecological landscape and living comfort,is conducive to improve the South Ocean water ecological environment. In this paper,the function of'tide,fresh water storage'are analyzed briefly. It is suggested that the Ninghai Sluice should have the function of'landscape primarily,proper attention to tidal and fresh water storage'.
