摘要
参照试验测试条件,对采用矩形翅片、小翅片、热管散热器等各类聚光散热系统传热特性进行计算与分析,探讨适用于聚光高能流密度不均匀性要求的高效散热系统,给出优化设计的散热系统结构。通过散热系统模拟结果比较得出:优化后的散热器散热效果比较明显,热管的均温性可以克服聚光电池温度分布的不均匀性,小翅片对于加强电池的散热效果比较好,为降低聚光光伏系统的成本、提高发电效率与寿命提供技术支撑。
According to testing conditions, heat transfer calculations and analyses for the rectangular fin, small fin, heat pipe radiator and other types of cooling systems are carried out in this paper. Because of the high energy flow density and nonuniform heat transfer characters, the optimal design of the cooling system's structure is found out. Comparing the obtained simulation results, the cooling effect of the optimized structure is more obvious, the heat pipe can make the temperature distribution more uniform, and small fin enhances heat transfer comparatively well. The research results will reduce the cost of photovohaic concentrator system, and improve its efficiency of power generation and life.
