摘要
目的:观察蒙西医结合治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将63例糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上结合蒙医辨证治疗;对照组采用西医常规治疗,两组进行同步治疗,疗程3周。治疗结束后,对两组的治愈率进行对比分析。结果:治疗组治愈率为87.88%;对照组治愈率为60%,两组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒙西医结合治疗糖尿病有助于症状方面的改善,可以提高患者生命质量,且治疗效果明显优于单纯西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： to observe stake d combined with the clinical curative effect of diabetes. Methods： 63 patients with diabe- tes were randomly divided into treatment group 33 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group on the basis of conventional west- ern medicine treatment combination of Mongolian medicine dialectical treatment; Control group using conventional western medicine treatment, two groups of synchronization treatment, treatment for 3 weeks. After the treatment, the two groups of total curative effect were analyzed. Results： the treatment group the total efficacy rate was 88.88% ; Control group the total efficacy rate was 61.11%, compared two groups total effective rate, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： stake d combined with diabetes help to improve symptoms, can improve the patients quality of life, and the treatment effect is obviously better than pure west- ern medicine treatment, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
