TRT叶片圆柱拉金结构设计及静态分析

摘要 为了减少高炉煤气余压透平发电(TRT)叶片发生振动而损坏,设计出一种新的圆柱阻尼拉金结构,通过有限元模拟分析,获得了阻尼结构的相关静态特性。对整个阻尼拉金结构的应力、位移分布情况进行分析,获得了应力、位移在不同区域的波动规律;在拉金孔处、过渡曲面、一二级榫齿槽面等对应力敏感的区域进行切片分析,获得了各个截面内部的应力、应变分布规律。通过与相关文献中无阻尼结构叶片的相应区域的应力、位移波动规律做对比分析后,结果表明圆柱阻尼结构的静态特性满足设计要求。 In order to reduce the vibration and damage of TRT(the blast furnace top gas recovery turbine TRT)blade,a new cylindrical damping lashing wire structure is designed.By using finite element analysis,the static characteristics of the damped structure are obtained.Through analyzing the damping lashing wire structure stress and displacement distribution situation,the fluctuation law can be obtained.Through sectioning analysis of the stress sensitive region of lashing wire hole,transitional surface and the first and second tooth surface,the various sections of the stress,and strain distribution can be obtained.With the comparative analysis of un-damped blade fluctuation law provided by relevant literature in relevant regions of stress and displacement,the results indicate that the static characteristics of cylindrical damping structure can meet the design requirements.
