轴承沟道形状误差的最小区域评定

摘要 结合形状误差的定义和轴承沟道的几何要素,提出一种用最小区域思想来评定轴承沟道形状误差的方法。详细阐述了利用最小区域算法求解轴承沟道形状误差的过程和步骤。该算法采用最小二乘法及三点定一圆得到空间线轮廓的中心点;用几何优化算法确定拟合每条线轮廓中心点的空间圆及方程;求解空间圆与每条线轮廓所在平面的交点坐标;计算每条线轮廓上测点至所对应每个交点的距离最大值和最小值之差,从中找到最小极差值,即得到包容整个轴承沟道的最小区域形状误差值。该算法简单明确,具有精度高、易于计算机程序实现、易于推广应用等特点。 Combined with the definition of form error and bearing raceway geometry elements,according to minimum zones thought,a method to evaluate the form error of bearing raceway is proposed.The principle and step of using the minimum zones algorithm to solve the bearing raceway error is described in detail.This algorithm has adopted least squares method and the three-point setting a circle method to determine the space line profile center.A space circle and its equation will be worked out by using the geometry optimization algorithm method to fit the center of each line contour;to solve the intersection coordinates where the space circle and the plane of each line contour intersect at;to calculate the difference between maximum and minimum among the distances which are from the measurement points on the contour of each line to each corresponding intersection,the minimum range value,the minimum zones form error of the entire bearing raceway will be worked out.This method is simple and clear,which has features of high precision and fast convergent speed and popularizing application easily and so on.
