摘要
针对低渗透油田特点,提出了新的抽油机模糊综合评判矩阵,以确定抽油机各项技术经济指标权重。首先以石油行业标准中抽油机技术经济指标为基础,考虑到低渗透油田示功图特点,有针对性地增加了冲程、冲次、装机功率等技术指标;其次在专家对各技术经济指标进行打分后,对评判矩阵进行一致性检验,得到符合实际的抽油机模糊综合评判矩阵。最后对不同厂家的三台抽油机进行综合评判,结果表明提出的综合评判矩阵对于低渗透油田具有较好的适应性。
Aiming at the characteristics of the low permeability oilfield,the fuzzy synthetic evaluation matrix for pumping units is introduced,which determines the weight factor of technological and economic index of pumping units.Firstly,the relative evaluation indexes are introduced which is based on the national standard of the oil industry and the property of the dynamometer card of the low permeability oilfield,and some new indexes are added,such as stroke,stroke times,and motor power of the pumping unit.Then the indexes are estimated by the expert of oilfield,and the evaluation matrix is made consistency check.So the fuzzy synthetic evaluation matrix for pumping unit is obtained.Finally,the three type of pumping units are evaluated,which shows the adaptability of the evaluation matrix of pumping unit in low permeability oilfield.
