摘要
以螺杆压缩机转子为例,介绍了螺杆转子精密加工技术、磨削加工中存在的问题,阐述了解决方法。介绍了SK7032系列螺杆转子磨床的设计思路、结构特点,并对机床的多项核心技术,如复杂空间曲面齿形的修整及修整误差的补偿、大螺旋角转子磨削的砂轮架结构设计、制造展开论述。
Taking the rotors for screw compressor as an example, the paper describes the technology for machining screw rotor precisely, the problems in grinding screw rotor and the resolution for them. It introduces the thought of design and structure of the screw rotor grinding machines modeled in the SK7032 series, focusing the key technology involved in the machines, such as dressing the complicated profiles of the rotor with space curve & compensation of the dressing error and the design & manufacture of the wheelhead for grinding rotors with a large helical angle.
