摘要
为机床厂配套应用的配对轴承提出了设计,分析了轴承使用工况,确定了轴承结构及内部主参数。结果表明:该轴承内外圈均带锁口,可加大套圈挡边高度,增大钢球与滚道接触范围;采用倾斜黄铜保持架,加大对钢球包容量,使钢球运转平稳。
It put forward the design of paired bearings matched for machine tool factory, analyzes its work condition, structure and inner main parameter. The result shows that inner and outer ring have lock groove, they can increase washer rib height,enlarge contract range between balls and raceway;it also adopt lean brass cage, which can increase balls containing, keep balls smooth running.
