摘要
以实现高速切削刀具信息的精确检索和管理为目标,建立了高速切削刀具管理系统,为高速切削生产全生命周期中对于刀具的选择、调度、管理以及故障诊断等方面提供最优化的数据,缩短生产周期,延长刀具寿命,为高速切削生产提供有益的指导作用。该系统实现具有较强的现实可行性。
HSM cutters management system is established to realize the accurate research and management. Providing the most optimal data for cutters choice, scheduling, management and fault diagnosis in the whole life cycle of HSM, shorting the producing life, prolonging the cutters life, providing benefit guide for HSM. The system has strong realistic feasibility.
