摘要
目的 总结床旁紧急行临时心脏起搏器置入术的技术经验.方法 收集河北大学附属医院CCU病房于床旁紧急行临时心脏起搏器置入术的60例危重患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 60例患者均成功于床旁置入临时心脏起搏器,且顺利起搏,及时在高危期干预,为高危冠心病患者的抢救赢得了时间和机会.结论 根据适应证情况尽早安置临时起搏器,并在黄金时间内予以及时抢救,能大大提高抢救成功率.
Objective To analyze and explore the emergency bedside temporary pacemaker implantation.Methods All 60 critical patients in critical care unit ward underwent implantation of cardiac pacemaker at the bedside.Results All 60 patients were all implanted temporary pacemaker successfully with ideal pacing.Because of timely intervention in high-risk period,the time and opportunity to rescue the patients with coronary heart disease were successful.Conclusion Implanting temporary pacemaker according to the indications timely can greatly improve the success rate.
