摘要
中医药是乳腺癌的重要治法。中医学认为肝气郁结与乳岩的形成、发展关系密切,在治法中重视疏肝,疗效显著。大量现代临床和实验研究证实了疏肝法对于乳腺癌的疗效并从多角度阐释了其中的机制,为诠释中医药的抗癌机制和开发抗乳腺癌新药提供了一定依据,同时也存在一些不足有待进一步完善。
Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is an important therapeutic method for treating breast cancer. TCM believes that stagnation of liver qi is closely related to the formation and progression of RuYan, and it thinks highly of soothing the liver which has notable curative effects on breast cancer. A large number of modern clinical and experimental studies have confirmed the effects and expounded the mechanisms in it. These research results have provided basis for elucidating the mechanisms of anti-tumor effects of TCM and developing new drugs for breast cancer. But there are still some shortcoming needs to be further improved.
