摘要
中药"药性-功效-应用"共同构成一个有机的整体,历代医家均强调"药性互参"、"性效结合",体现了中医学的"整体观"的学术思想。单味中药大多具有多种功效,每种功效都与药物本身的药性密不可分。研究发现,单味中药的多种功效之间存在内在联系,笔者从"药性互参"分析中药的多种功效,从"性效结合"分析中药的基本功效,最后得出结论,药物的多种功效都是建立在基本功效基础之上的。由此可以帮助医者更好的认识中药,更好的指导临床用药。
＇Medicinal properties - effects - application＇ of traditional Chinese medicine together constituted an organic whole. The doctors of all dynasties stressed ＇medicinal properties cross-reference＇ and ＇properties combined with effects＇, which embodied the academic thought ＇holistic concept＇ of traditional Chinese medicine. The single Chinese medicine mostly had multiple effects, and each effect was inseparably linked with medicinal properties. The study found that there existed the internal relations among multiple effects of the single Chinese medicine. We analyzed the multiple effects of Chinese medicine from ＇medicinal properties cross-reference＇, and analyzed the basic effects of Chinese medicine from ＇properties combined with effects＇. At last, we came to the conclusion that multiple effects of medicine were based on the basic effects. It could help doctors better understand Chinese medicine, and better guided clinical medicinal application.
