摘要
中国教育培训上市企业经历了对海外资本市场的追捧憧憬以及后来的成熟面对。对本文通过对中国教育培训上市企业海外融资的特征分析,了解其海外融资行为的特征以及产生这些特征的原因,并且根据这些特征研究近年出现的行业内企业遭受做空甚至导致停牌退市的原因,期望能够对中国教育培训行业未来的融资活动提供参考和借鉴。
The Chinese listed companies in education and training became mature after they had undergone the illusions for overseas capital market. This paper analyzes the features of their overseas financing, finds out the reasons for what these features were caused, and studies the reasons why enterprises went short or even were delisted so as to provide references for future financing activities of Chinese listed companies in education and training.
