摘要
为了促进农业现代化发展,在新的历史时期,要建立实现现代农业发展水平的生产组织,就要求在农业经济领域必须走符合中国特色的集约化发展道路。2013年的中央一号文件首次提出家庭农场概念,对农业经济的集约发展起到了至关重要的促进作用,在建设社会主义新的农业经济发展形势中,家庭农场地位凸显。促进家庭农场的发展,需要各级政府部门加大扶持力度,从而做好家庭农场土地流转,构建新型农业社会化服务体系。
In order to promote agricultural modernization,productive organization with the development level of modern agriculture in the new historical period should be established; It required that agricultural economy must take intensive development road with Chinese characteristics. The concept of the home farm was put for- ward in the lth document issued by the Central Government in 2013 first. It played crucial role in promoting on the development of agricultural economy and the prominent position in the new development situation of agri- cultural economy for socialism construction was highlighted. Vigorously support from governments at all levels for land transfer and structure, the new socialized service system of agriculture were needed in order to promote the development of home farm.
