RhoA/Rho激酶通路在急性心肌梗死后微环境中的核心作用 被引量:8

摘要 急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)是由冠状动脉血供急剧减少或中断所致的心肌缺血性坏死。AMI后受损心肌内缺血缺氧,炎症反应,氧化应激等恶劣的微环境不仅影响心脏重构,左心室功能及患者预后;而且也阻碍了大部分移植干细胞的存活,限制了心肌再生医学发展和应用。因而,明确心肌梗死后微环境的核心机制并对其进行调控对提高AMI患者预后及心肌再生医学研究均具有重要的科学意义和临床应用价值。
