摘要
目的探讨辅酶Q10对大鼠实验性牙周炎的影响。方法选取体重200g左右健康Wistar大鼠48只。大鼠随机分为3组:空白对照组(N组)、牙周炎辅酶Q10治疗组(Q10组)及牙周炎对照组(P组),每组16只。N组正常食水;另外两组建立牙周病模型。成模后,Q10组大鼠连续给药12周,P组给同剂量生理盐水,每组动物分别在给药前及给药第4周、8周、12周末行双侧下颌第一磨牙牙周袋平均深度的检测,处死后测量双侧下颌第一磨牙牙槽骨垂直骨吸收总量,并行统计学分析。结果给药前及给药后各观察时间点Q10组及P组大鼠牙周袋平均深度及牙槽骨垂直骨吸收总量均显著大于N组(P<0.01);且给药前Q10组及P组大鼠牙周袋平均深度及牙槽骨垂直骨吸收总量均无统计学差异(P>0.05);12周末P组的牙周袋平均深度及牙槽骨垂直吸收总量均明显大于Q10组(P<0.01)。结论辅酶Q10可以抑制和缓解实验性大鼠模型牙周炎,可能具有治疗和缓解牙周炎症的作用。
Objective To investigate the influence of coenzyme Q10 on experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods 48 healthy Wister rats(weigh about 200g) were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal group(N group),coenzyme Q10 treatment group(Q10 group)and periodontitis group(P group).Every group includes 16 rats.The normal group was fed with water and normal food;The other groups were ceated as rat periodontitis model.Q10 group had been administrated with coenzyme Q10 for 12 weeks and periodontitis group were fed with only the same dose of normal saline.The rats in each group were killed before administrated and 4st,8st,12st weekend after administrated.Periodontal tissues samples from mandible of maxillar first molar were taken.Inorder to detect mean depth of periodontal pocket and total attachment loss.Results Mean depth of periodontal pocket and total attachment loss in periodontitis group and coenzyme Q10 group were significantly greater than those of normal group before administrated(P 0.01);and those exist no statistically signifceant difference between periodontitis group and coenzyme Q10 group(P 0.05).Mean depth of periodontal pocket and total attachment loss in coenzyme Q10 group were significantly less than periodontitis group after administrated for 12 weeks(P 0.01).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 inhibites in periodontal tissues of experimental periodontitis rats.Coenzyme Q10 may play a role of treating easing periodontitis.
