摘要
患者女,16岁。右小腿皮疹伴疼痛及右手皮疹3个月。皮肤科情况:右小腿高度水肿,伸侧见10cm×7cm大小的鲜红色肿胀性斑块,中央见3cm×2cm大小的不规则形状坏死痂皮,痂周呈凹陷性,并见血性分泌物,皮疹触痛明显。右手中指见不规则形状坏疽,中央坏死明显,右手食指见多个坏死性丘疹。诊断:狼疮性脂膜炎;指端坏疽。应用温阳法治疗的效果满意。随访1年,皮疹未见复发。
A 16-year-old female presented to us with a 3-month history of irregular-shaped painful plaque lesions on her right leg and ligital gangrene on her right hand. Skin revealed serious oedema on her right leg. There was a swelling red plaque lesions sized 10cm ~ 7cm, in which irregular-shaped necrosisr crust sized 3cm ~ 2cm could be see. The lesions around crust was depressed. Bloody secreta could be see obviously, haphalgesia was positive. There was irregular-shaped ligital gangrene lesion on her right middle finger. There were sever- al necrosisr papular eruption lesions on her right index finger. The patient was diagnosed with lupus pannicu- litis combined ligital gangrene. She was cured with Chinese medicine of warming-Yang and win a satisfied result. She was followed up for 1 year and recurrence was not observed.
