摘要
在单缝衍射实验中 ,CCD器件是光学测量器的核心 ,通过 CCD光电传感器 ,可在数显示波器中显示光强分布曲线的全貌 。
CCD is the key element of the optical measuring instrument.In the experiment on diffraction by narrow opening.A complete picture of luminous intesity distribution curve can be displayed by a nrmeric display oscilloscope with CCD photoelectric sensor.The measurement accuracy is obviously improved because of the adoption of a photoelectric technique.
