摘要
用燃烧法在 60 0℃合成了铝酸锶铕磷光体和掺 Ba2 + 、Dy3+ 杂质阳离子的铝酸锶铕磷光体 ,实验结果表明 ,掺 Dy3+离子的磷光体具有更长的余辉发光时间 。
Ba doped SrAl 2O 4:Eu and Dy doped SrAl 2O 4:Eu phosphors have been synthesised rapidly at 500~900℃ by combustion procedure. The results show that Dy +3 doped SrAl 2O 4:Eu phosphor materials have longer persistence phosphorescence than SrAl 2O 4:Eu phosphor. The luminescence characteristic of phosphor and long persistence phosphor materials has been discussed.
