摘要
在矛盾凸显的后危机时代,我国面临着"刘易斯拐点"的到来考验,处于"中等收入陷阱"的跨越阶段。文章以生育政策为视角,认为计划生育政策的现有问题与"中等收入陷阱"的跌入存在着密切的关系机理。这不仅增强人口发展的危机程度,而且强化"中等收入陷阱"的风险节点,进而加大"中等收入陷阱"的跌入风险。为此,文章以生育政策为视角提出相应路径,为我国跨越"中等收入陷阱"创造可持续的人口环境。
In the post-crisis era, China is faced with the coming of ＂Lewis Turning Point＂ and at the stage of crossing ＂Middle Income Trap＂. From the perspective of family planning policy, the article thought that the problems of family planning policy were closely related with the risks of failing into ＂Middle Income Trap＂, which aggravated the crisis of population development, intensified the risk node of ＂Middle Income Trap＂ and increased the risks of falling into ＂ Middle Income Trap＂. Therefore, based on family planning policy, it put forward some paths of creating sustainable population environment for China to cross ＂Middle Income Trap＂.
