摘要
旅游目的地形象建设是一个以旅游者大众为出发点的系统的形象传播过程。一个旅游地要打造成旅游目的地,在注重资源开发利用、设施服务建设的同时,也要关注游客本身的特征和影响游客感知的信息以及信息的传播。作为传播主体的旅游目的地一定要主动积极地开展形象传播活动,使自己成为游客心中的目的地,要深挖文化内涵,保证传播内容的精彩、精准与精细,同时要把控好大众传媒中被动传媒的环节,处理好危机事宜。
The construction of tourism destination image is a systematic communication process based on the mass tourists.We must pay attention to tourist characteristics,information which affects tourists' perception and information dissemination as the development and utilization of resources and facilities construction are focused on for making a sightseeing place into a tourism destination.As the principal part of spreading,the activities of image communication should actively be carried out in the tourist destination to make itself become the destination which tourists want to be,dig the cultural connotation and ensure that the dissemination of the contents is wonderful,accurate and precise.Meanwhile,the tourist destination must control the passive link of mass media and handle the crisis well.
