石油企业员工内在动机激励与自我管理探析

摘要 内在动机激励是激发内在动机、满足内在回报、实现自我管理的过程。内在动机激励的核心在于激发内在动力,并从四个层面满足内在回报,完成自我管理与内在回报的能量循环。石油企业应当以内在激励为基础,多种激励机制综合运用,以激发员工的积极性和创造性。 The internal incentive is the process to stimulate the intrinsic motivation, meet the internal returns, and to realize the self management. The core of internal incentive lies in stimulating the internal motivation, satisfying the internal returns from four aspects, and completing the energy cycle of self management and internal return. Therefore, petroleum enterprises should be based on intrinsic incentive and use various incen- tive mechanisms comprehensively so as to excite the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.
