摘要
在X射线传感器中,为了满足对集成片上闪烁层的6×6光电二极管阵列在脉冲型X射线激发下的光电流值的快速读出要求,提出了一种36通道微弱电流的快速采集系统的设计。系统主要包括低漏电流多路选择器、高精度电流镜和微控制器,在微控制器控制下,系统逐个读出36通道的微弱电流,经过A/D转换后采集值送到PC机显示。实验结果表明,该系统的采集精度可达1nA,满足X射线传感器的多通道微弱电流的快速采集要求。
To rapidly acquire photocurrents of 6×6 photodiode arrays on scintillation layer of integrated chip which are excited by pulsed X-ray in X-ray senor,a multi-channel weak current rapid acquisition system is proposed.The system consists of low leak current multiplexer,high accuracy current mirror and microcontroller.It reads weak current values of the 36 channels sequentially under the control of microcontroller,and the data are sent to PC for display after A/D conversion.The experimental results show the system has the accuracy of 1 nA,meeting the requirement of rapid acquisition of multi-channel weak current for X-ray sensor.
