摘要
阐述了分布式电源的发展、分布式光伏发电的并网要求,分析了中国北方某地区的光伏发电系统有功变化规律及该地区负荷变化规律,指出了分布式光伏发电并网对该配电网的影响,并给出了在电能质量、电网运行控制和孤岛效应方面的应对措施,充分发挥分布式电源的优势,避免对配电网的安全稳定运行造成危害,实现配电网与分布式光伏发电的协调发展。
This paper expounds the development of distributed power generation and the requirements for the connection of the distributed photovoltaic to the power grid. The paper analyzes the change law of the active power of the PV generation system in a certain area and the impacts of the PV connection on the distribution network, and then proposes the corresponding measures in the power supply quality and the control of the grid operation and against the islanding effects. With these solutions and measures taken, the advantages of the distributed photovoltaic can be made full use and damages to the safety operation of the distribution network can be avoided, and the coordinated development of the regional grid and distributed photovoltaic be realized.
