摘要
文中首先概述了国内外纺织品抗菌、防霉性能测试标准;然后介绍了抗菌检测技术,包括定性检测和定量检测,分析了抗菌试验影响因素,包括测试菌种、接种菌的制备方法、对照样等;同时介绍了纺织品的防霉检测技术及其试验影响因素,包括测试菌种、接种量、培养时间等;最后,指出了现有抗菌防霉测试标准的修订方向。
In this paper, testing standards of anti-bacterial performance and anti-mildew performance at home and abroad are summarized firstly. Then, testing technologies of anti-bacterial performance including both qualitative and quantitative testing are introduced, and the influential factors of anti-bacterial performance testing are analyzed in term of testing strains, preparation methods of inoculation bacterium, compared samples and so on. Meanwhile, testing technologies of anti-mildew performance and its influential factors including testing strains, mount of inocu- lation, nutrient time and so on are presented. At last, it points out that testing standards of anti-bacterial perfor- mance and anti-mildew performance need further revised, and the directions are given.
