摘要
在现有钢管环氧粉末外防腐工艺的基础上提出了多管环氧粉末外喷涂一次成型的工艺。简要介绍了多管环氧粉末喷涂一次成型工艺和主要设备特点,分析了生产过程中设备对多管环氧粉末喷涂涂层质量的主要影响因素,并重点从设备结构、工艺布置等方面对设备进行了优化设计。在确保多管环氧粉末涂层质量的同时,提高了生产效率和整条生产线的可操作性,降低了生产成本,并对多管环氧粉末喷涂一次成型工艺的完善提供了一定的指导作用。
In this article, it put forward one-step forming process of muhitube epoxy powder external coating based on existing epoxy powder external coating process, briefly introduced its forming process and the characteristics of main equipment, analyzed the influence of equipment on muhitube epoxy powder coating quality, and focused on optimization design from equipment structure, process layout and other aspects. Ensuring multitube epoxy powder coating quality, it improved production efficiency and the operability of the whole production line, reduced production cost, and provided certain guidance for multitube epoxy powder coating process perfection.
