PS/MWNTs-PANI导电复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用苯胺对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行表面修饰,然后将修饰过的多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs-PANI)与基体聚苯乙烯(PS)复合,制备PS/MWNTs-PANI复合材料.采用四探针电导率仪、热失重分析仪(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)对PS/MWNTs-PANI复合材料的性能和结构进行表征.结果表明,MWNTs-PANI的加入,有效地提高了复合材料的电导率和热稳定性. MWNTs was successfully functionalized with aniline to produce MWNTs-PANI, and was then compounded with polystyrene to fabricate PS/MWNTs-PANI composites. The obtained PS/MWNTs-PANI composites were characterized by four probe, TGA,TEM to observe the performance and structure. The re- sults show that MWNTs-PANI improved the electrical conductivity and thermal stability of PS/MWNTs-PANI composites.
