摘要
根据某老旧钢桥的实际情况,采用有限元软件建立了精细有限元分析模型,根据动静载试验结果,验证了该模型的正确性。采用该模型对钢桥在各种工况组合下的受力情况进行了详细的分析,给出了承载能力限值,制定了限载吨位。最后根据《国家机动车类型分类表》,详细制定了该桥可以通行的车辆类型,为该桥的继续服役提供了科学依据。
According to the actual situation of an old steel bridge, detailed finite element analysis model is estab-lished using finite element software. The accuracy of the FEM model is verified by the static and dynamic load test results. This model is used to calculate the mechanical behavior of the bridge under different load combination. The bearing capacity limit and the limit loading are determined in line with the calculation results. Eventually, according to the "National Classification of vehicle types" , the vehicle type and the gross vehicle weight that can pass the bridge safely are elaborated, which provides a scientific basis for the bridge continuing to serve.
