摘要
不锈钢液龙的拧手主要和不锈钢液龙配套使用,表面要求较高,拧手周边是近似小模数的齿轮外形,外表面不能有夹铁、披峰、豆点。顶部中间有唛头,抛光处理,不能有明显的黑点,唛头内不能崩字和豆点,采用二次喷涂面层浆的新工艺,可有效防止表面产生豆点、夹铁,产品外形轮廓清晰,表面光洁,顶部没有明显黑点。
Use with matched cock of stainless steel, a handle of stainless steel has been required for meeting with proper superficial appearance. A new technology of twice spraying dipping slurry for face layer has been adopted, hence effectively preventing from producing nodules, inclusion, flash on outer surface, and final products obtained with clear appearance, clean surface with words on named-plate-like top with no blackheads.
