摘要
针对目前分动器产品在车辆上的应用呈现出小批量、低成本和客户个性化需求的问题,提出了将适应性重构设计方法理论应用于分动器的设计,并开发了一套分动器适应性设计软件(简称TADS)。围绕适应性重构设计理论的基本思想,基于Visual.net和Sql server计算机技术开发的分动器可适应系统,具有总体方案设计、零部件重构和适应性装配重构等模块功能,能够实现从用户需求到设计出最终的产品模型整个流程的适应性设计。应用结果表明:设计开发的分动器可适应性设计软件能够极大地提高产品的开发效率和降低产品开发成本。
For the application of transfer case is small batch,low cost and personalized demand,the adaptive design software of transfer case(it is short for TADS) was developed by using the design theory of adaptive reconfiguration.Surrounding the basic idea of adaptive reconfigurable design method,the software was developed based on Visual.net and the software of Sql Server,which contained overall program design,reconfiguration of parts,adaptive assembly reconstruction and so on.The adaptive design of the whole procedure from the demand of user to the final model was realized.Results show it can effectively improve the efficiency of product development and reduce the cost of product development by using adaptive reconfigurable design methods.
