酸性油气田管材高温高压环境断裂评价方法的研究 被引量:6

摘要 根据管材现场服役环境、受力及腐蚀工况,设计出了能真实反映现场条件的新型高温高压釜以及适用于高温高压环境开裂的恒载荷实验夹具。结果表明,高温高压80%σs应力腐蚀实验后C110管材抗拉强度、屈服强度降低幅度分别达到4.7%和5.0%,出现明显套损现象,为油气田管材适用性评价和高温高压损伤失效提供新方法。 A new high temperature and pressure autoclave and an auxiliary sample holder for SCC test under constant load were setup to simulate the high temperature and high pressured sour environment in oil fields.Experimental results indicate that tensile strength and yield strength of C110 casing are reduced 4.7% and 5.0%,respectively,and KISSC is reduced 41.4% in high temperature and high pressured sour environment with 80%σs,casing damage phenomenon is obvious,which provide a new method for evaluation of applicability and hydrogen damage of piping steels in high temperature and pressured environments in oil fileds.
