摘要
针对某设备中14Cr1MoR焊接接头所需的特殊使用性能,选择镍基焊接材料对母材进行坡口堆焊过渡层并填充焊接,实现了该焊缝将来检修再次焊接后无需进行消除应力热处理的目的。
In view of the special properties of 14Cr1MoR welded joint in one equipment,the transition layer was deposited with Ni base welding material,and then the filling welding was caiired out.The weld will not need PWHT when it is repaired and welded again in the future.
