胱抑素C水平与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及预后关系的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者胱抑素C水平的变化及其与心功能关系和对CHF患者预后的影响。方法:入选CHF患者192例,按照胱抑素C水平分为正常组(112例)及增高组(80例)。采用胶乳比浊法检测胱抑素C水平和超声心动图测量患者心功能参数,并对两组患者在随访期间心血管事件进行分析。结果:随访期间胱抑素C增高组与正常组再住院率为31.25%与10.57%、病死率为15.00%与3.57%,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。CHF患者的胱抑素C水平与左室射血分数呈负相关。结论:CHF患者常伴有不同程度胱抑素C水平升高,与CHF严重程度有关。胱抑素C水平可预测CHF患者的预后。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the cardiac function and cystatin C level in patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF). Method:The 192 CHF patients were divided into the normal group and the increased group according to the level of cystatin C. I.atex turbidimetric measured cystatin C level and heart function parameters were detected by ultrasonic cardiogram. Result: The follow-up period of re-hospitali- zation rates in cystatin C increased group and normal group were 31.25% and 10.57% (P〈0.01). The mortality rates in cystatinCincreased group and normal group were 15.00% and 3.57% (P〈0.01). A negative correlation between cystatin C level and LVEF in patients with CHF. Conclusion: CHF patients is often accompanied by var- ying degrees of cystatin C level, which is related to the severity of CHF. Cystatin C level can predict the prognosis of patients with CHF.
