腹部术后切口脂肪液化应用湿性敷料的效果分析 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨腹部术后切口脂肪液化应用湿性敷料的护理效果。方法将腹部术后切口脂肪液化的患者随机分为2组,每组30例,实验组应用湿性敷料换药,对照组采用自制碘伏纱条换药。结果实验组在切口愈合时间、换药次数、疼痛等方面均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论腹部术后切口脂肪液化应用湿性敷料能有效促进伤口愈合,防止继发感染,减轻患者痛苦,是一种值得临床推荐的方法。
