摘要
目的:探索对高中学生有效可行的健康教育干预措施。方法:根据学校规模、师资力量及等级,选取嘉定一中和嘉定二中为研究对象,分为干预组和对照组。采用准实验研究方法,评价实施的健康教育干预措施的效果。结果:对照组干预前后健康知识水平比较,差异无统计学意义,而干预组干预前后差异有统计学意义。结论:健康教育干预对提高高中学生健康知识水平是有效的。
Objective: To explore the effective and feasible intervention measures of health education for the health knowledge level of high school students. Method: Two high schools were selected as the research object according to the size, faculty and level of the school, and divided into intervention group and control group respectively. Quasi-experimental research method was used to evaluate the effect of health education intervention measures. Result: The differences in health knowledge level in control group before and after the intervention did not have statistic significance, while the differences in intervention group had statistic significance. Conclusion: Health education intervention is effective to improve health knowledge level of high school students.
