摘要
目的探讨健康教育在治疗宫颈癌放疗患者过程中的重要作用。方法我院于2010年开始大力推广在宫颈癌放疗患者的治疗过程中健康教育的广泛应用。利用回顾性分析的方法,对我院于2009年1月至2010年12月收治的66例宫颈癌放疗患者的临床资料进行分析,将在宫颈癌的治疗过程中应用健康教育38例患者作为实验组,将未运用健康教育的宫颈癌放疗患者28例作为对照组。观察两组患者经治疗过生活质量、患者满意度之间的对比情况,以此来具体分析健康教育在治疗宫颈癌放疗患者过程中的重要作用。结果我院于2010年开始大力推广在宫颈癌放疗患者的治疗过程中健康教育的广泛应用之后,宫颈癌放疗患者生活质量、患者满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者在患病期间,大量药物的应用,不断进行放疗治疗,都使患者身体与心同时承受着巨大的痛苦,以往我们往往过于重视患者身体的治疗,忽略了宫颈癌放疗患者心理需求,导致患者的治疗效果差强人意。我们通过在宫颈癌患者的治疗过程中应用健康教育取得了较好的效果,大大提高了患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the importance of the health education used in the treamaent of cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. Methods The hospital began in 2010 and vigorously promote health education widely used in the treatment of cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy. Conclusion Patients with cervical cancer in the duration of the illness, the application of a large number of drugs, ongoing radiotherapy treatment, the patient＇s body and heart at the same time under great pain, we tend to over-emphasis on the treatment of the patient＇s body, ignored cancer patients treated with radiotherapy psychological demand, resulting in unsatisfactory patient outcomes. We have achieved good results through application of health education in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer, greatly improving the quality of life of patients.
