摘要
对农民负担问题的研究,现有的文献基本上是基于国家与农民关系视角,采取单向度的国家指涉,在国家及其体制上找原因提对策。国家与农民关系视角的另一个向度,农民指涉的研究却显得极为不够,只是在农民负担的原因分析中零星地提到一些现象,比如灰色支出和某些攀比现象等。农民负担过重也有农民自身的原因,我们在调查研究的基础上,进一步探讨农民负担过重的文化诱因,比如传统习俗、消费观念、人情竞争等。文化教育与改良可能也是减轻农民负担的一个重要选项。
On the research of farmer burden problem,existing literature basically is based on the relationship between state and peasants,take the unidirectional country referent,in the country and find the reasons proposed countermeasures system.Relationship between state and peasants from the perspective of another dimension,the referent study appears very insufficient;farmer burden is in the analysis of the causes of sporadic references to some phenomena,such as gray expenditure and some comparisons phenomenon.We will be on the foundation of investigation and study,to further explore the peasant burden overweight cultural causes,such as the traditional custom,consumption concept,human competition.Farmer burden is overweight,also have the reason of farmer oneself,culture education and improvement may also reduce farmer burden is an important option.
