摘要
以工业用 NH4Al( SO4) 2 · 1 2 H2 O和 NH4HCO3为原料 ,采用化学沉淀法制备纳米Al2 O3粉体。研究了 p H值、乙醇、表面活性剂等因素对 Al2 O3粒子尺寸的影响 ,并探讨了几种反团聚的机理及效果。
Nanometer Al2 O3powder was prepared by chemical precipitation technique using NH4 Al(SO4 ) 2 · 1 2 H2 O and NH4 HCO3as the starting materials.The influences of p H value,surface active agents and ethanol on the size of Al2 O3powder were investigated.The mechanism of several antiagglomeration measurements and their effects on podwer size were discussed.
