两种甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节临床疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究分析两种甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺结节临床效果。方法对本院收治的甲状腺结节患者资料进行回顾性分析,将2009-2010年收治的患者40例采取的传统甲状腺切除术为对照组,将2011-2012年收治的患者40例采取小口切口甲状腺切除术为治疗组,比较两组切口长度、平均失血量、手术时间、住院时间、手术并发症发生情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗组切口更小,平均失血量更少,手术时间更短,术后并发症发生率更低,其差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口甲状腺切除术创伤小,对患者损伤小,更安全,手术并发症较低,患者更易接受。
