摘要
目的分析硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效。方法选取加10年1月至2013年1月来我院就诊的128例妊娠高血压综合征患者,随机分为两组,观察组64例采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,对照组64例采用硫酸镁治疗,观察两组的治疗前后的降压效果和妊娠结局变化。结果两组治疗后的舒张压和收缩压均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产妇产后出血、胎盘早剥、早产、剖宫产发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征疗效确切,并发症少,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of magnesium sulfate nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods select our hospital 128 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,were randomly divided into observation group and the control group of 64 patients,the antihypertensive effect of the two groups were observed before and after treatment and pregnancy outcomes change.Results After treatment,diastolic and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group after treatment, systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than the control group.The Observer Group postpartum bleeding,placental abruption,preterm delivery,cesarean section incidence was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome exact,fewer complications,worthy of clinical application.
