摘要
[目的]观察电针刺足三里、曲池对自发性高血压大鼠血压影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30只雄性自发性高血压京都种大鼠编号按(随机数字表)方法随机分为3组,10只/组;同龄同系正常血压京都种大鼠10只。各组均捆绑束缚20min(自制固定架将四肢固定),1次/d。高血压蒸馏水组(SHR)、培哚普利组(0.4mg/kg.d)、正常组(WKY)组连续灌胃6周;针灸治疗组取双侧曲池和足三里电针刺激,以大鼠肢体微微颤动为度(1～2mA),疏密波,20min/次,1次/d,连续针刺6d,休息1d,连续针刺6周。观测指标大鼠尾动脉收缩压。[结果]尾动脉压收缩压,干预前与正常组比较,各组大鼠收缩压均较高。干预6周后,培哚普利组、电针组收缩压明显降低,组间无明显差异(P>0.05);与蒸馏水组比较,均显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]电针刺足三里、曲池对原发性高血压大鼠血压影响与培哚普力具有等效性。相似的理想效果。
[Objective]To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Zusanli,Quchi effect on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats.[Methods]Randomized controlled method,30 male spontaneously hypertensive Kyoto rats No.（random number table） were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 mice/group;Kyoto rats of the same age and normal blood pressure of 10.Each group were bundled bound 20min（homemade holder limbs fixed）,once/day.Hypertension distilled water group（SHR）,perindopril group（0.4mg/kg.d）,the normal group（WKY） group intragastric administration of 6 weeks;acupuncture treatment group were the bilateral Quchi and Zusanli electroacupuncture,rat limbs quivering for the degree（2mA）,density wave,20min /,once/day,continuous acupuncture 6 days rest 1 day acupuncture 6 consecutive weeks.Observations rat tail artery systolic blood pressure.[Results]Tail artery pressure systolic blood pressure before intervention compared with normal group,the rats systolic blood pressure is higher.After 6 weeks of intervention,the perindopril group,EA group systolic blood pressure was significantly lower,no significant difference（P0.05） between the two groups;compared with the distilled water group,were significantly lower（P0.05）.[Conclusion]The effect of electroacupuncture Zusanli,Qu pool Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats effect on blood pressure with perindopril Cape of equivalence.Similar desired effect.
