摘要
[目的]观察辨证分型联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将123例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表随机分为两组。对照组60例柳氮磺胺吡啶片1g/次,4次/d。治疗组63例辨证论治、中药灌肠、饮食疗法综合治疗。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗2疗程(60d),每疗程30d,中间休息7d再行第2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈29例,显效30例,无效4例,总有效率93.65%。对照组治愈20例,显效26例,无效14例,总有效率76.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效好。
[Objective]To observe the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine retention enema treatment and therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis and to explore better ways of administration.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,123 cases of inpatient and outpatient were randomly（random number table were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 60 patients with syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine enema,diet therapy.Continuous treatment with 30 days for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]Treatment were cured 29 cases,effective in 30 cases,4 cases cases were ineffective,the total efficiency of 93.65%.Control group cured 20 cases,effective in 26 cases,14 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate of 76.67%.The treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Through the use of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema for ulcerative colitis has good effect,easy to use.The disease is lingering does not heal,the drug treatment at the same time,with the dietotherapy method,in order to achieve a satisfactory curative effect.
