摘要
目的探讨微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术在治疗脑出血中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年2月～2013年3月我院收治的80例颅内血肿患者的临床资料并按治疗方式分为对照组(给予内科保守治疗)和实验组(行微创抽吸引流术治疗),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);实验组患者术后12周神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创颅内血肿抽吸引流术治疗脑出血引起的颅内血肿效果显著且神经功能恢复更快,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To discuss the application value of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration drainage（MIIHA）on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of intracranial hemotoma patients who were admitted into our hospital from Feb.2011 to Mar.2013 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group（treated with internal medicine conservative treatment）and experimental group（treated with MIIHA）according to their treatment methods,finally,the clinical effect of two groups was compared with each other. Results The effective rate of experimental group was obviously higher than control group（P 〈 0.01）;The NIHSS（12 weeks after surgery）of experimental group was obviously lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion MIIHA has a good effect on intracranial hematoma induced by cerebral hemorrhage and neurologic function recovery.It worth to be widely promoted in clinical therapy.
