摘要
二进小波变换可以有效地用于图像特征提取,二维小波变换的计算量随阶数的增加至指数级增长,该文提出小波变换并行算法,适用于图像的边缘检测,并在银河—Ⅱ并行计算机上进行了实验,对结果进行了分析。
Binary wavelet transform can be used to image edges detection. But the amount of computing time will increase with exponent level when using two-dimension wavelet transform. This paper describes a parallel wavelet transform algorithm. We use this algorithm to process a 512×512 image edges detection on parallel-computer YH- Ⅱ. Inthe end,the results are gived,which show that the way that we describe can greaily improve the speed-up ratio.
