摘要
分析了铸造工技能竞赛的难点,针对呋喃树脂自硬砂铸造工技能竞赛提出了理论培训与技能竞赛相结合等四种竞赛方式,以及举办铸造工技能竞赛活动的建议。校企合作,依托企业生产现场条件开展铸造工培训,形成了"理论培训+技能竞赛"的社会服务模式,取得了满意的人才培养效果。
The difficulties of the skill competition activities for foundry workers were analyzed, and four kind of competition modes were provided, in which theoretical training combined with a skill competion aiming the skills competition of self-hardening furan resin sand casting work, and some suggestions of foundry workers skills contests activities were put forward. In the condition of university-enterprise cooperation and e enterprise production sites, carrying out the training o f foundry worker, a social service model of＂theoretical training＋skills competition＂ was formed to obtain satisfactory results of personnel training.
