年龄和烟酒对血浆炎性因子水平的影响 被引量:3

Correlation of plasma cytokine profiles with age, smoking and alcohol drinking behaviors

摘要 目的检测不同年龄段健康人群及吸烟饮酒人群血浆中炎性因子白介素(IL-6、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度变化情况,探讨其与年龄及吸烟、饮酒等行为因素之间的关系。方法对350例健康人群血浆IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和CRP浓度进行检测,同时分别检测60例吸烟者以及65例吸烟伴饮酒者血浆中以上4种细胞因子的浓度,比较不同年龄和不同行为因素分组间细胞因子水平的差异。结果25-39岁、40-49岁、50-59岁和≥60岁人群IL-6水平分别为(1.1±0.7)ng/L、(1.5±0.1)ng/L、(1.7±0.2)ng/L和(2.1±0.1)ng/L,CRP水平分别为(3.1±1.0)mg/L、(4.4±0.6)mg/L、(6.2±1.7)mg/L和(8.0±0.8)mg/L,IL-6和CRP水平随增龄而明显升高(F=1.60、7.50,P=0.012、0.043),但IL-10和TNF-α在不同年龄组人群间差异无统计学意义(F=4.20、4.80,P=0.178、0.421);不同性别人群IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和CRP的差异均无统计学意义(均P〉0.05)。吸烟组CRP水平为(6.8±0.6)mg/L,明显高于对照组(3.1±0.4)mg/L,而吸烟一饮酒组CRP水平最高,为(9.5±0.5)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(F=8.40,P=0.046);相对于对照组,IL-6水平在吸烟组和吸烟一饮酒组中轻度升高,而IL-10则有轻度降低,但IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α在3组间差异无统计学意义(F=2.90、4.30、4.80,P=0.089、0.672、1.231)。结论IL-6、CRP随增龄而升高,IL-10、TNF-α与年龄因素无关;血浆中IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α和CRP均不受性别因素影响;吸烟、饮酒对CRP浓度有显著影响,建立参考值时应考虑这一影响因素。 Objective To study the differences in levels of plasma cytokine profiles including interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin 10 (IL 10), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) and C reactive protein (CRP) between healthy controls and people with smoking and alcohol drinking behaviors at different ages, and to investigate the correlation of plasma cytokine profiles with age, smoking and alcohol drinking behaviors. Methods The concentrations of IL 6, IL-10, TNF alpha and CRP in 350 healthy volunteers, 60 cigarette smokers and 65 people with smoking and alcohol drinking behaviors were detected by ELISA. All subjects were grouped by age, gender, smoking and alcohol drinking behavior. The differences in the levels of plasma cytokine profiles among groups were analyzed by statistics software SPSS18.0. Results The concentrations of IL-6 and CRP in 25-39 years, 40-49 years, 50-59 years and over 60 years groups were (1. 1±0.7) ng/L, (1.5±0. 1) ng/L, (1.7±0.2) ng/L, (2.1±0.1) ng/L and (3.1±1.0) rag/L, (4.4±0.6) mg/L, (6.2±1.7) mg/L, (8.0±0.8) mg/L, respectively. The concentrations of IL 6 and CRP were significantly increased with age (F=1.60, 7.50, P=0. 012, 0. 043), while the concentrations of IL-10 and TNF alpha were not correlated with age (F=4.20, 4.80, P=0. 178, 0. 421). There were no significant differences in the concentrations of IL-6, IL 10, TNF-alpha and CRP between males and females (P〉0.05). The plasma CRP level was higher in smoking group than in control group [(6. 8±0. 6) mg/L vs. (3. 1±0.4) mg/L] and was highest in smoking-alcohol group [(9.5±0.5) mg/L vs. (6.8±0.6) mg/L, (3.1±0.4) mg/L, F=8.40, P=0. 046]. Compared with the control group, IL-6 level was increasedand IL-10 level was decreased in smoking group and smoking-alcohol group.
