摘要 除传统的抗人球蛋白实验外,酶联免疫吸附实验、流式细胞仪检测以及表面等离子体共振也是常见的用于检测ABO血型抗体的方法,了解这些方法的原理和优缺点对提高检验质量具有重要意义. ELISA, flow cell sorting and surface plasmon resonance, besides traditional Antiglobulin test are the common meth- ods to test anti-ABO antibodies. Knowledge of the principle and character of these methods are important for improving quality of testing results.
