港口物流枢纽危险货物重大危险源预警方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 为实现港口物流枢纽危险货物重大危险源的有效预警,阐述港口物流枢纽危险货物重大危险源的定义和辨识分级方法,并采用模糊综合评价模型和层次分析法(AHP)相结合的方法综合评价重大危险源的安全状态。以国内某港液化石油气(LPG)管道系统为例,首先通过AHP法确定各评价指标的权重,其结果显示:管道压力是影响LPG运输安全的首要因素;其次运用模糊综合评价方法分别分析随机抽取的2组数据,通过三角隶属度函数确定实测数据的隶属度关系,结合各评价指标的权重,最终得到综合评价结果:2组数据的安全状态分别为"安全"和"初等危险"。 In order to achieve the effective and comprehensive early warning of major hazards of dangerous goods at port logistics hub,a definition of major hazard of dangerous goods at port logistics hub was given and a method for identifying and classifying the hazards was worked out.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the AHP method were combined to make a comprehensive evaluation of the safety status of major hazard of dangerous goods.Taking a liquefied petroleum gas(LPG) pipeline system in a certain port in China as an example,firstly the weight of each evaluation index was determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the result shows that the pipeline pressure is the primary factor affecting the safety of LPG transportation.Secondly fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to analyze a random sample of two groups of data,the triangular membership functions was used to determine the membership degree of the measured data,combined with the weight of each evaluation index,the final comprehensive evaluation results show that two groups of data safety status are "safe" and "primary" respectively.
