摘要
本文根据目前我公司同步机的运行状况 ,从理论上分析同步机在变负载状态下通过调节励磁 ,使其工作状态改变 ,来提高其功率因数的可行性 ,从而达到节能降耗的目的。还从现场实际情况出发 ,针对轧钢厂同步机及空压站同步机提出具体实施方案并对节能效果进行了计算。
This article,based on the operation condition of synchronous motor in our company,makes a theoretical analysis of the feasibility of improving its power factor through regulation of excitation of synchronous motor under load changing condition so as to save energy.Furthermore,based on the actual condion on work site,concrete implementation scheme is put forward with respect to schronous motors both in plate-rolling plant and air compressing station and calculation is made regarding energy-saving efficiency.
