摘要
目的建立测定维生素E乳中维生素E含量测定的方法。方法采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ C18色谱柱,以甲醇为流动相;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:285nm。结果维生素E在浓度在0.133~0.931mg/ml内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.0%。结论本方法测定维生素E乳中维生素E含量简便、快速、准确。
Objective To stablish a method for the determination of vitamin E in vitamin E emulsion. Methods An SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK MGⅡ C18 was used,the mobile phase was methanol with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results The linear correlation was good in the range of 0.133-0.931 mg/ml. The average recovery was 100.5% and with RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of vitamin E in vitamin E emulsion.
